Shailesh holds degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication, complemented by a master’s in marketing from Mumbai University.

With a background in economic policy and a Masters in Public Policy, she drives strategy at Yonder, Ador’s hydrogen division. Committed to global decarbonization, Priyanka organized the Ador Hydrogen Summit, showcasing her dedication. Thriving in Ador’s culture of empowerment, she positions the company as a global leader in power conversion for hydrogen projects. Beyond work, her passions include travel, music festivals, podcasts, and scuba diving. Sudhir GIRIDHAR

Head – Engineering

Sudhir is a seasoned Electrical Engineer at Ador since 1984, is a key figure in Inspection, Quality Assurance, and R&D. As Head of Engineering for Clean Air, High Current Rectifier, and Hydrogen products, his expertise in securing certifications like CE and CSA is pivotal. Sudhir’s diverse skills in emissions control and global client solutions contribute to Ador’s positive market influence. Beyond his technical prowess, his passion for space science and football, coupled with contagious enthusiasm for his work, defines Sudhir’s dynamic presence at Ador.

Abhijit CHAUDHARI

Head – Research & Development

Abhijit Chaudhari, has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Electronics, brings 25+ years of Power Electronics R&D expertise. His visionary leadership aligns technology strategy with business goals. Focused on growth, his achievements include an IP55 grade AC-DC Rectifier for Defence Applications. Abhijit thrives in a supportive, innovative environment. Beyond work, he enjoys classical music, reading, and surprises with Banjo proficiency. Abhijit Chaudhari embodies leadership, expertise, and innovation.

Onkar GARUDKAR

Head – Marketing

Onkar, a Biotechnology Engineering graduate from Amity University Mumbai, currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Ador, overseeing branding and marketing activities. Passionate about contributing to the energy transition, he envisions Ador’s innovations in hydrogen power sources and EV chargers making a significant impact. Onkar finds excitement in the company’s future due to its clear vision and positive attitude. He cherishes the Annual CXO Summit, a platform fostering industry discussions on energy transition. Outside of work, Onkar indulges in his passions for bikes, filmmaking, surfing, and scuba diving, embodying a well-rounded individual with diverse interests.
